Sukh Mahal, Bundi – also known as the Palace of Bliss – is a charming summer retreat located on the banks of Jait Sagar Lake in Bundi, Rajasthan. It is one of the most picturesque heritage structures in the region, reflecting a blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture.

Location: Northern end of Jait Sagar Lake, surrounded by lush gardens and hills
Made of white marble and sandstone
Features arched balconies, chhatris (domed pavilions), and intricate carvings

Includes underground tunnels said to connect it to Taragarh Fort

Famous author Rudyard Kipling once stayed at Sukh Mahal.
It is believed that the palace inspired parts of his novel Kim.
